OPEN GROUP TRAINING

Looking to save money and don’t want to train alone? We have you covered! Try our cost effective, Open Group Training which includes groups of 2-4 people. Minimum of 2 people per group and monthly auto-pay memberships only (3 month minimum).  

• 1x/week monthly $240/month ($60/session/pp)
• 2x/week monthly $440/month ($55/session/pp)
• 3x/week monthly $600/month ($50/session/pp)

COMPETITION PREP TRAINING AND COACHING

Interested in competing in your first Figure or Bikini Competition? You’ve come to the right place! We will create your diet, train you and help with the logistics of choosing the right competition suit while also teaching you the right posing routines to win! If local, we will even come to your show and cheer you on!

Packages can be paid in full or installment plans available. Packages of 10 expire in 3 months, packages of 20 in 4 months and packages of 30 in 6 months.  Non-transferable. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of all appointments requires 24 hours notice prior to scheduled appointment or you will be charged for that session.
