Get your heart pumping and your head sweating with these 5 HIIT (high intensity interval training) exercises by IronPlate trainer Chris Young.

Beginners: Do 30 seconds of an exercise, rest for 30 seconds, and then move onto the next one. For a more advance workout, try doing 30 seconds of each exercise without any rest in between.
